Phyllis Green concerned with high levels of vandalism

Phyllis Green finds another vandalised bus shelter on Groby Road.

Phyllis Green and Dan Fretter have had a huge response from their recent survey in the Fosse area, the main concern that people are getting in touch with is vandalism.

Phyllis said, "Street furniture and particularly bus shelters are prone to high levels of vandalism. Not only is there a danger from broken glass, but the young and the elderly are especially vulnerable when shelters are put out of action."

Dan Fretter said, "If you know who the culprits are in your area please report it to your local Police or phone Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111, you can also fill out a form online at www.crimestoppers-uk.org."
