A message from the local Party Chairman

2007 will be a major year for the Liberal Democrats. As Chairman of the Leicester Party my role with the executive committee is to help promote the values of the Liberal Democrats.

The membership is the life and blood and engine room of our party and it is through initiatives, hard work and passion that successive elections have been won.

The emergence of David Cameron and his unashamed pursuit of a quasi Liberal agenda has meant that as a party locally and nationally, three party politics really does exist.

Let us work together for the people of this great city and develop the values which shaped our beliefs.
