Nathan March has now been given a anti-social behaviour order (ASBO), which bans him from entering the Eyres Monsell estate until June 2008. Residents of the area who see him on the estate before then should contact the Police at Welford Road on 222 2222 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.

He has also been banned from causing a nuisance, using violence or threats to any person within the Eyres Monsell area. If he breaches this, he can be arrested, taken to court within 24 hours and would likely to be jailed.

Cllr Dean Ramsdale who represents Eyres Monsell said, "The Lib Dem led administration will not take anti-social behaviour lightly, residents will always come first."
