Blackbird Rd Playing Fields Planning Sought

Outline planning permission is being sought to develop the blackbird Rd playing fields.
The proposal includes 320 houses, two football pitches and open space. The proposal is expected to go to the City Councils Development Control Committee in a few weeks time (13th November 2006).
