Cosmetic Repairs in Eyres Monsell Ward Leicester completed: Saffron Lane / Sturdee Road junction

Access to the gateway to the Eyres Monsell Estate in Leicester has been made easier by Leicester City Council after Focus team members in the Ward reported to officers the poor visibility of onroad signage at the Sturdee Road / Saffron Lane junction.

The B5366 Saffron Lane is well utilised by vehicles as the main route linking South Wigston with Leicester from the nearby Pork Pie Library. New Give Way white lines have been painted on the Sturdee Road.
