Council Officers Spying on Lord Mayor

Local press have revealed that City Council officers have been keeping a dossier on the Lord Mayor of Leicester. This includes gathering photographic and video footage.
The information was released to the press from their Freedom of Information Act request. They included suggestions that he attend events without invitation after hearing about them on Twitter, refusing to leave events when asked and using his mobile phone during engagements and ignoring people.
