Residents of the housing development on the Marconi Site on Anstey Lane were up in arms with the way the site had been left by Bloor Homes for almost two years.
Roads and paths lay unfinished the central areas not completed, despite the contract saying this would be completed one year after the site was built.
After a meeting with Cllr Phyllis Green, residents and contractors, the work is now almost complete making the area a safer tidier place for residents.
