Voters in Humberstone and Hamilton go to the polls on Thursday July 22nd in a Leicester City Council by-election.

Bicram lives in the ward in the Netherhall area and is an active member of his temple and community centre. Besides working in social housing, Bicram runs a successful bar in the City Centre.

On the campaign front, Bicram has received positive views for the Liberal Democrats during the last four weeks.
