Labour Assistant Mayors cheap jibe at Liberal Democrat Campaigner falls flat at Thursday’s Full Council Meeting.

Whilst answering a question from Alan Fox on Thursday, Cllr Adam Clarke attempted to make fun of having two Liberal Democrats in the Council Chamber. Political point scoring against an elected member is one part of political debate; against a campaigner asking questions in a public capacity, good practice for the future.

With the Leicester City Council elections less than a year away, the Labour Party, with the will of the Leicester electorate, should begin to get used to it!
