Liberal Democrats in Leicester have learned the Labour run Leicester City Council have opened up an 8 week consultation "that seeks views on begging, what could be done for further means of support and the potential introduction of a citywide Public Space Protection Order (PSPO) to help tackle problems with persistant begging."
