New Customer Service Centres Open

Two new customer service centres have been opened in Saffron Lane and Braunstone, in addition to existing centres in New Parks and the council building on New Walk.

The centres have been opened in order to facilitate access to council services and make it easier for local people to get the assistance they need. Each centre provides help and advice for both residents of Leicester and businesses, answering queries about - council tax, planning applications, licences, permits, training and your rights.
