Liberal Democrat Led Leicester City Council has recently announced the additional benefits-
Free swimming for people aged sixty and over
Free concessionary travel within the city and half price outside of it, which is one of the best schemes in the country
The second lowest council tax
Council Leader, Roger Blackmore (Liberal Democrat) said,
"We have delivered our promise to ensure that older people get the support they need and deserve. Over the coming year we will be seeing what more we can do"
