Leicester City Council in partnership with Leicestershire County Council, neighbouring Borough and District Councils and the Leicester and Leicestershire Enterprise Partnership are developing a draft Strategic Growth Plan.

In addition, residents on Glenhills Boulevard (even numbered addresses) are being consulted at the same time regarding traffic calming measures.
